Inky Blooms

We are very proud, and delighted to share with you that Inky Blooms the dolphin is coming to Glashieburn School. Those who took part in the Dolphin Trail around Aberdeen City during the summer holidays will remember him well ! His previous home was the Duthie Park !!  A very loyal supporter of our school has donated the dolphin as a thank you for all that Glashieburn has done for the children of the community, both past and present.  We extend a very warm thank you to our benefactor who wishes no publicity.  Inky Blooms will be with us over the next three years, and then he will be off to another destination to be enjoyed by more children.

The dolphin will be installed at Glashieburn School tomorrow, Thursday 27 November 2014, at approximately 3pm.  Please be aware that in the interest of safety some of the exit paths at the front of the school will be cordoned off.  Children should leave the school using the path directly in front of the lollipop lady.  You are all welcome to stay and watch the installation.  I think the children will be very excited.
