Welcome to Glashieburn Primary School

Glashieburn School is situated in Bridge of Don, in the North of Aberdeen City.  It is one of five primary schools within the area of Oldmachar Associated School Groups.  The school provides high quality learning experiences for children from Nursery through to Primary 7.

At Glashieburn School the development of the individual pupil is central to our philosophy. We have established an ethos of inclusion and equality, where, through encouragement and support, we aim to nourish and grow each child’s abilities and interests, helping develop the skills for lifelong learning. This will enable our pupils to become Successful Learners, Confident Individuals, Responsible Citizens and Effective Contributors.

At Glashieburn, our shared vision is to create a happy, safe and stimulating learning environment, where all our pupils are given the opportunities and support to achieve their full potential, working towards our common values of Respect, Responsibility, Inclusion, Resilience, Aspiration and Honesty.

We hope you find the information you are looking for in the website. We are always happy to speak to parents/carers and discuss in greater detail any questions they may have about our school.
